Qualifikationen

Our Team Retail BeNeLux Collections is looking for a new team member.

Your tasks will be :
  • Manage an assigned retail customer portfolio and ensure effective contact strategies
  • Reach out to delinquent customers using telephone and email; negotiate payment solutions while adhereing to regulatory requirements
  • Apply conversation skills and make use of internal tools to identify & understand causes of arrears and assist towards possible solutions
  • Research both online and through the internal optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached
  • Adapt communication strategies to cope with different customer attitudes
  • Improve persuasion techniques through peer feedback and training
  • Cooperate with colleagues in Brussels, Luxembourg and Utrecht
  • Provide support to external collection partners in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
Qualifikationen

What you bring to the table :

  • Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics / Finance or a related field
  • Strong professional experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in customer services
  • Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus
  • Native speaker level in Language Dutch
  • Proficiency in English
  • Expert level in MS-Office (esp. Excel)
