Workwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support small businesses worldwide with personal marketing and design advice. The role is fully remote and you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, building lasting relationships with customers as you help their businesses grow.

You must be based in Germany (or willing to relocate). The package includes a fixed gross salary of €28,920 per year, a guaranteed €400 monthly raise after six months, a €450 start bonus plus €85

Qualifications

• Proficient in Dutch (C2) and English (B1/B2).
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate to Germany.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer contact.

About the role

Our client is a marketing and design partner for small businesses worldwide. They help them stand out from the competition. As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor you do more than answer questions. You build relationships with customers, get to know what they need, and give them personal marketing and design advice that helps their business grow.

You’ll support customers by phone, email and live chat. You own each case from start to finish and make sure customers get personal, high-quality solutions.

What we’re looking for

• C2 level Dutch and English at B1/B2 level
• Based in Germany, or willing to relocate to Germany
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer contact
• Comfortable on the phone and enjoy building long-term customer relationships
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn
• Interest in marketing and design. Experience is a plus, but you’ll learn everything on the job
