FRoSTA AG in Bremerhaven offers a three‑year integrated dual study starting August 1, 2027. You combine Food Science (B.Eng.) studies with hands‑on phases at FRoSTA, focusing on product development and food innovation.

You will learn about recipe development, ingredient selection, sensory testing, QA, and apply knowledge across Product Development, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife required; strong math/science skills are essential.
• Interest in food products, production and quality, and how science and business interact in food industry.
• Analytical, creative thinking; hands-on experiments, sensory evaluation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support product development and food innovation during practical phases.
• Assist in recipe development, ingredient selection, sensory testing and QA processes.
