Webasto Group bietet ein Duales Studium im Bereich Management & Digitalisierung an, kombiniert mit praxisnahen Aufgaben im Unternehmen. Du absolvierst das BA-Programm in 3,5 Jahren und sammelst parallel wertvolle IT- und Digitalisierungserfahrung.

Das Programm umfasst laufende Praxisphasen in Bereichen wie Projektmanagement, Controlling und Personalentwicklung sowie interdisziplinäre Projekte, die Teamarbeit, Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerisches Denken fördern.

Qualifikationen

• Allgemeine oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife erforderlich.
• Sehr gute bis gute Noten in Wirtschaft, Mathe und Englisch.
• Interesse an kaufmännischen Aufgaben.
• Ausdauer, Lernbereitschaft, Entschlusskraft.

Aufgaben

• Kombination von Management & Digitalization-Studium an der FOM Hochschule in München mit praktischen Aufgaben im Unternehmen.
• Abschluss des BA-Studiums innerhalb von 3,5 Jahren, optimale Verbindung von Theorie und Praxis.
• Aufbau von IT-Fachkenntnissen, Change Management, Datenschutz; Entwicklung digitaler Strategien; Brücke zwischen Fachbereichen und IT.
• Praktische Einsätze in Bereichen wie Projektmanagement, Personalentwicklung, Controlling und weiteren spannenden Geschäftsfeldern.
• Eigenständige Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Förderung von Teamwork und Unternehmergeist.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

• Combination of a future-oriented Management & Digitalization degree program at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich with exciting practical assignments within the company
• Completion of the Bachelor of Arts degree within 3.5 years, ensuring an optimal combination of academic theory and practical experience
• Acquisition of academic expertise and IT skills, including insights into IT management, digital business, change management, and data protection; development of digital strategies; acting as a bridge between business units and IT teams; and actively supporting digital transformation processes with innovative software and tools
• Individual selection of practical placements, such as project management, personnel development, controlling, and other exciting business areas, allowing for the targeted development of personal interests and strengths while deepening the theoretical knowledge acquired during the program
• Independent participation in cross-functional projects to foster teamwork, personal responsibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset

• 1st year of training: 1.378,00 Euro
• 2nd year of training: 1.441,00 Euro
