Webasto Group in Stockdorf bietet ein duales Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit praktischem Unterricht am Unternehmen. Sie kombinieren Theorie an der FOM mit spannenden Praxisaufgaben in verschiedenen Bereichen.

Im Verlauf des Programms erwerben Sie Kenntnisse in Marktanalyse, Projektmanagement, Budgetplanung, Teamführung und betriebswirtschaftliche Entscheidungsprozesse. Viel Raum für Spezialisierung in Marketing, Finanzen, Personalwesen und Unternehmensführung.

Qualifikationen

• Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.
• Sehr gute bis gute Noten in Wirtschaft, Mathematik und Englisch.
• Interesse an kaufmännischen Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

• Kombination aus dualem Studium an der FOM mit praktischen Aufgaben im Unternehmen.
• Abschluss des BA-Studiums innerhalb von 3,5 Jahren.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

• Combination of a future-oriented Business Administration degree program at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management in Munich with exciting practical assignments within the company
• Completion of the Bachelor of Arts degree within 3.5 years, ensuring an optimal combination of academic theory and practical experience
• Development of a solid understanding of business administration, including market analysis, project management, budget planning, team leadership, and business decision-making, complemented by topics related to digital transformation
• Opportunities to specialize in marketing, finance, human resources management, and corporate management
• Individual selection of practical placements, such as marketing, human resources management, finance, and other exciting business areas, allowing for the targeted development of personal interests and strengths while deepening the theoretical knowledge acquired during the program
