Responsibilities
  • You actively contribute to the implementation of structured “Voice of the Customer (VoC)- initiatives, such as the global NPS survey
  • Among your responsibilities is the independent creation of global VoC training materials
  • In addition, you support colleagues in setting up surveys within the global survey tool
  • You take ownership of analyzing and preparing survey results for management, applying your analytical skills
  • Furthermore, you assist the team with operational digital marketing activities, such as maintaining the website or executing and evaluating global campaigns
  • Another key aspect of your role is preparing and consolidating KPIs across various digital channels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing / Market Research or a comparable qualification (international orientation desirable)
  • Initial relevant professional experience in international marketing
  • Knowledge of and ideally first practical experience in customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
  • Strong affinity for digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, Analytics, Power BI) as well as experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong team spirit and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
