Webasto is seeking an DS Infrastructure Technician to monitor and manage IT systems in office and production environments, ensuring security, governance, and documentation of IT processes.

The role includes training, data analysis for internal improvements, and collaboration with multiple departments to maintain WEBASTO standards as part of the production competence team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT administration.
• In-depth knowledge of IT networks, server functions, desktop devices, and applications.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Initial practical experience in the field of Smart Factory.
• Analytical thinking and structured working methods.

Aufgaben

• Monitoring and management of IT systems as well as providing IT services in office and production departments.
• Ensuring local IT security, IT governance, and documentation of IT processes, systems, and technical issues.
• Handover of implemented IT solutions to operational departments and support for internal and external IT partners and specialist departments.
• Training employees in production and office areas to promote IT competence. Monitoring, control, and execution of routine tests for performance analysis of local IT systems.
• Analysis of data to optimize internal processes and participation in the implementation of new software solutions.
• Collaboration with various departments to identify improvement potentials and development as well as maintenance of global WEBASTO standards as a member of the production competence team.
