Zusammenfassung

Webasto Group in München sucht eine/n qualitätsorientierte/n Ingenieur/in mit Fokus Lieferantenqualität. Sie verantworten Freigabe, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Serienzulieferern und koordinieren Audits sowie Eskalationsprozesse.

Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld und VDA-Standards, gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft mit. Wir bieten eine herausfordernde Aufgabe in einem globalen Automobilzulieferer Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Technikerweiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement.
• Erfahrung im produktiven Umfeld Einkauf/Logistik/Produktion, mind. 2 Jahre Qualitäts-erfahrung.
• Erfahrung mit automotive Standards und Qualitätsmethoden in Tier-1/Tier-2-Umgebungen.
• VDA Auditor oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit >3 Jahren Erfahrung.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Freigabe, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Serienzulieferern
• Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Audits, Lieferantenbesuchen, Maßnahmenplänen und Roadmaps
• Verantwortung für Eskalationsprozess, Lösung von Lieferantenleistungsproblemen und kontinuierliche Leistungsverbesserung
• Unterstützung von Lieferanten bei Optimierung von Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozessen sowie Festlegung und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen
• Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Prozessen rund um Lieferantenentwicklung

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Responsibility for approval, assessment and further development of series suppliers
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, supplier visits, action plans and technological and production system roadmaps.
• Responsibility for and implementation of the escalation process, resolving supplier performance issues and continuous performance improvement
• Responsibility for supporting suppliers in improving business and production processes and defining and tracking action plans
• Further development of systems and processes in the sense of "out of the box" around supplier development

This is what you bring to us:

• Completed technical studies or technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician and specialist further training (e.g. quality management)
• Experience in the productive environment "Operation" (purchasing, logistics, production), at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of quality
• Experience in the application of automotive-specific standards and quality methods in Tier 1 and Tier 2 environments
• VDA auditor or similar qualification with more than 3 years of experience
• Very good knowledge of English and a willingness to travel on business
