Job summary

ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen UAV-Ingenieur im Bereich Aerospace/Robotics zur Integration, Prüfung und Optimierung von Drohnensystemen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Hardware-, Software- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen und testen verschiedene Drohnenplattformen.

Sie bringen praktische Erfahrungen mit QGroundControl, ArduPilot oder PX4 mit und analysieren Testdaten, um Hardware- und Softwareverbesserungen voranzutreiben. Flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie Remote-Optionen werden geboten.

Qualifications

• Hands-on-Erfahrung im Aufbau, Abstimmen, Tests und Betrieb von Drohnen und UAV-Systemen.
• Erfahrung mit Drohnen-Electronics und relevanten Bauteilen.
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an technischen Projekten im UAV-Umfeld.

Responsibilities

• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-, Software- und Entwicklungsteams neue UAV-Systeme integrieren und in Betrieb nehmen.
• Entwicklung- und Qualifikationstestszenarien vorbereiten, durchführen und auswerten.
• Multirotor-, Fixed-Wing-, eVTOL- und katapultgestartete UAV-Systeme im Feld bedienen, abstimmen und Fehler beheben.
• Testdaten analysieren, Probleme identifizieren und Hardware-/Software-Verbesserungen unterstützen.
• Testergebnisse dokumentieren und technische Dokumentation während der Tests pflegen.
• Systemdemonstrationen und Benutzerschulungen an Teststandorten und bei Einsätzen in Europa unterstützen.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or comparable technical field
