Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Munich seeks a Domain Architect for Digital Roadmapping and AI Solutions to drive business architecture, roadmaps, and AI-enabled initiatives. You will translate requirements into strategic concepts and collaborate with diverse teams to enable digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Experience in Business Architecture, Digital Transformation, Strategy, or related roles.
• 5+ years in relevant domains such as product management or architecture.
• Ability to translate requirements into digital solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional, international initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business process design and portfolio management.
• Fluent English; German helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and further develop the business domain architecture for requirements management, product portfolio planning, and digital mapping.
• Capture, structure, and translate business and market requirements into strategic concepts, roadmaps, and digital solutions.
• Bridge business stakeholders and solution teams to align business needs with technology capabilities.
• Define and maintain business capabilities, processes, governance models, and information flows across the domain.
• Lead use cases from ideation through implementation, with technical execution remaining outside the role’s scope.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and continuously improve business processes and digital tools.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop AI and agent-based use cases with measurable business value, supporting adoption and scaling across the organization.
• Advise on emerging AI technologies and industry trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital transformation, innovation, and business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in Digital Transformation, Product Management, Business Architecture, or Artificial Intelligence are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Architecture, Product Management, Product Marketing, Digital Transformation, Strategy, or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements and strategic goals into digital solutions, actionable initiatives, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading complex innovation and business transformation projects in cross-functional, international environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process design, requirements engineering, roadmap and product portfolio management, and digital solution development.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, data-driven processes, modern software ecosystems, and AI applications, including Generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Fluent English, with German beneficial but not mandatory, and excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority, with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and business value creation.
