The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Assist in creating reports and technical documents
• Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
• Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions
• Manage and control information circulation
• Set up an efficient document management system
• Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
• Update, maintain , archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in a similar document management role
• Have experience in Aconex and S harepoint which are critical for this role
• Enjoy managing a large range of information
• Have excellent Excel and P owerpoint skills
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
