Zusammenfassung

Lennox in Germany seeks a 2nd Shift clerical and administrative support member for the distribution center. You will maintain logs, generate reports, support compliance and safety activities, and provide timely service to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, HVAC experience preferred, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP experience is a plus. This is a salaried non-exempt role with overtime.

Aufgaben

• Provide clerical and administrative support for the distribution center.
• Develop and maintain logs, reports, audit processes, SOX controls, and performance metrics to help prevent picking and shipping errors.
• Coordinate safety training records, documentation, communications, and postings to support OSHA compliance.
• Track inbound shipment arrival, duration, and departure times.
• Notify management of potential detention charges and resolve inbound documentation discrepancies.
• Provide timely customer service to internal and external customers.
• Initiate inbound vendor and in-transit freight claims, including serial number discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate the disposition of damaged products and other related support activities.
• Monitor non-conformance related to SOPs, processes, packaging, vendor cross-references, and UPC issues.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including meeting quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with general office applications and SAP, including running queries, preferred.

What We Offer

Compensation

This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $34,000 - $44,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
