Lennox is seeking a production associate to set up and operate a production machine according to established procedures. You will read blueprints to position machinery and adjust settings to meet specifications, with basic math for measurement tools.

What Drives Success

Under direct supervision, sets-up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion. Performs a variety of tasks.

Compensation

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $20.90hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
