Zusammenfassung

KYOCERA AVX is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage multiple European and regional partners from Germany. You will visit partners regularly, support POA performance, and contribute to business planning and forecasting.

The role requires several years in electronics distribution, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in German and English. Frequent travel (about 80%) is expected, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business or technical field or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in electronics distribution, connectors, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 80%).

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple European and regional sales partners with regular visits.
• Oversee POA performance for assigned accounts and develop business plans.
• Prepare POS forecasts and collaborate with regional sales and technical teams.
• Develop marketing communications and incentive plans for customers.

What you can expect

• Management of multiple European and regional sales partners, including regular visits to them
• Responsibility for the POA performance of assigned accounts
• Preparation of business plans and regular POS forecasts for sales partners

• Close collaboration with the regional KYOCERA AVX sales and technical teams
• Monitoring the efficiency of sales partners using KPIs
• Overseeing or directly participating in key negotiations
• Developing marketing communications and incentive plans for assigned customers
