Qualifikationen

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing managers.
  • Strong expertise in talent strategy, program design, and global project management.
  • Ability to communicate confidently at C-level and strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with a track record of innovation in Talent Management.

Join our team and you'll be responsible for leading our global Talent Management Team and lead on people initiatives that drive organizational growth and enhance employee capabilities.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody, by fostering innovative talent solutions and driving impactful change across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Talent Management strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term business priorities
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior managers, providing strategic direction and enabling them to deliver impactful talent initiatives in their areas
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end responsibility for global Talent Management projects with a particular focus on Performance Management, from design to delivery, with strong stakeholder engagement at executive level
  • Drive innovation in talent practices, leveraging data insights, industry benchmarks, and best practices to shape scalable and future‑oriented solutions
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability building
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Strategy in an international environment
  • Proven leadership experience including managing and developing managers in complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in talent strategy, program design, and global project management, ideally with exposure to diagnostic tools and executive development
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and impact at C‑level, combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strategic, data‑driven mindset with a track record of driving innovation and measurable impact in Talent Management
  • Fluent in German and English
