We’re seeking a strategic thinker and hands‑on executor to elevate operational performance, foster innovation, and deliver measurable impact across planning, procurement, logistics, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Optimization
    • Develop and implement forward‑thinking strategies to boost supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure resilience across critical suppliers and supply points—aligned with our growth and operational objectives.
  • Performance Leadership
    • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs across all supply chain domains: forecasting, planning, inventory, logistics, cost control, service levels, manufacturing, and warehousing.
  • Cross‑Functional Influence
    • Act as a trusted business partner to executive leadership, aligning supply chain initiatives with financial, operational, and customer‑centric goals.
  • Team Development
    • Build, inspire, and lead a high‑performing, geographically diverse supply chain team—fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Digital Transformation
    • Champion the digitalisation and automation of planning processes through ERP/SAP systems, driving efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Integrated Planning
    • Co‑lead demand forecasting and production planning with the Planning Team Lead to optimise material flow, reduce lead times, and enhance throughput.
  • Procurement Strategy
    • Collaborate with the Purchasing Team Lead to balance inventory availability with cost efficiency across production sites.
  • Logistics Innovation
    • Partner with the Warehouse Team Lead to drive logistics transformation—standardising warehouse automation, integrating advanced technologies, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
What you bring with you
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification, (APICS/ IBF) desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading a multi‑disciplinary Supply Chain Team
  • Experienced in maturing ERP/MRP/MES/SAP systems in a collaborative environment
  • Strong critical thinking, ability to question the status quo, while maintaining a strong quality initiative.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity while also implementing lean practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills which help you to effectively communicate cross‑departmental as well as with global suppliers
  • Written and verbal communication in both English and German preferred
