KYOCERA AVX Components (Munich) GmbH is seeking a Director Regional Marketing EMEA (m/f/d) to lead the regional marketing organization in Germany and across the EMEA region. The role focuses on shaping the regional strategy, coordinating with Sales and Global Marketing, and driving profitable growth through targeted go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, customer relationship management at executive levels, and guiding pricing, product positioning and market

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Several years in technical marketing, product management or commercial leadership within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing senior, high-performing teams in an international environment.
• P&L ownership with revenue growth, gross margin and profitability targets.
• Extensive experience in go-to-market, portfolio, pricing and market development strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• International travel up to 50%.

• Lead regional market and competitive intelligence to support strategic business and investment decisions.
• Influence product and content development based on regional customer needs and market opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Service.

What we are looking for

• Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L ownership with a demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth, gross margin and profitability targets
• Strategic Expertise: Extensive experience in go-to-market, portfolio, pricing and market development strategies
• Customer Focus: Strong executive presence and confidence in engaging with key customers and C-level stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in technical B2B markets, electronics industry background is a strong advantage
• Language Skills:Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• International Mindset: Comfortable operating across countries and cultures with willingness to travel up to 50%
