In this role, you will drive market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for our neurology portfolio while collaborating with global, regional, and local teams.   • Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives and country needs.
  • Monitor payer trends, healthcare policies, and reimbursement frameworks across Europe.
  • Represent Europe in global access strategy discussions and shape future approaches.

This role requires
  • Ten years pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
  • Regional market access launch experience across competitive therapeutic areas.
  • Proven European pricing, reimbursement, Health Technology Assessment, and negotiation success.
  • Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional and national submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.
  • Advanced life sciences, health economics, or business degree preferred.
  • Fluent English; another European language and neurology experience are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, data synthesis, matrix working, and stakeholder engagement skills.
