Your Contribution to CYBEX

• Support in developing new product strategies and portfolios aligned with company objectives.
• Lifecycle and roadmap planning for the stroller product category.
• Monitor market performance and implement improvements.
• Develop consumer segmentation and identify needs within the category.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
• Act as the stroller category owner, coordinating activities across departments.
• Train and guide marketing, sales, and global teams on product direction.
• Present product concepts and stories to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new product opportunities and marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns targeting specific consumer groups.
• Oversee the product management department's activities for efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile

• Degree in industrial/product design or relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience in launching or developing innovative products in the B2C durable goods segment.
• Strong product management background with leadership experience.
