• Design a future-ready development and delivery organization.
• Define and prioritize multi-year transformation roadmaps for SaaS.
• Ensure execution readiness of strategic initiatives with clear prioritisation and measurable targets.
• Represent product development interests to central corporate functions (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, Architecture, DevOps, Security).
• Align with corporate standards and governance, and further develop them where needed.
• Translate strategy into concrete programmes and initiatives in close collaboration with operational leadership.
• Establish steering models, KPIs, and track progress within the organisation.
• Foster cross-BU collaboration and platform synergies.

• You are responsible for the development and continuous evolution of the target architecture for product development, platforms, and services (SaaS, Cloud, DevOps, product lines)
• You actively design a future-ready development and delivery organization, including clear roles, responsibilities, governance, and interfaces
• Multi-year transformation roadmaps from on-premise to SaaS models are defined, prioritized, and consistently driven by you
• You ensure execution readiness of strategic initiatives through clear prioritization, decision frameworks and measurable targets
• Acting as a strategic counterpart to corporate central functions (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, Architecture, DevOps, Security), you confidently represent product development interests
• You align with corporate standards, target models, and governance structures, further develop them where needed, and ensure effective implementation
• In close collaboration with operational leadership, you translate strategy into concrete programs and initiatives
• You establish clear steering models, KPIs, and reliable progress tracking and anchor them sustainably within the organization
• Cross-BU collaboration and platform synergies are actively fostered and structured by you
