• Strategic Impact : You shape and lead the company-wide design strategy and vision align it with business goals and market trends besides other topics like the design system evolution content writing process localization
• Team Leadership : You lead a team of 20 FTE including 2 Heads of Product Design Head of Research Content Writing Lead and Design Systems Lead in order to support them grow and deliver highest value; you are in charge of hiring coordination and budgeting
• Success Metrics : You optimize metrics like the design maturity organizational effectiveness cross-discipline integration hiring success brand alignment
• Operations Optimization : You are in charge with your team to evolve our design operations at scale : you ensure to stay on top of emerging technologies and design trends implement efficient workflows standardization across disciplines and consistent tooling
• Stakeholder Alignment : You work closely with our Product Management Engineering and Marketing executive leadership to ensure the teams effectively collaborate and we constantly improve the way we work
• Excellence Culture : You foster a culture of ownership collaboration and continuous improvement within your team

Your fitness level

• Experience : You bring 10 years of experience in Product Design including a significant portion in a leadership or creative director role
• Technical Skills : You master user-centered design UX research information architecture and interaction design; you combine strategic thinking problem-solving and creativity with a sharp eye for detail and innovation
• Leadership : You bring strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills; you inspire teams mentor talent and scale high-performing organizations
• Track Record : You have led design success in international fast-moving product organizations with diverse stakeholders and ideally a complex product portfolio shipped complex digital products end-to-end and demonstrated strong business acumen linking design to business outcomes
• Passion : You are passionate about fitness health and technology and motivated by purpose and data driven product work
• Languages : You are business fluent in English; German is a plus

• Product Ecosystem : You gained strong knowledge of the EGYM ecosystem and its value proposition
