Our Consulting and Delivery Unit drives end-to-end customer success by combining strategic advisory expertise with high-quality implementation. We consult clients to design solutions, deliver outcomes and ensure a measurable impact for our customers across every engagement.
We are looking for a Germany basedDirectorPayment Consulting(all genders) whowill lead Payment Solution Consultants across key markets (e.g., DACH, US, China) and manage the sales process for HRS payment solutions from opportunity handover from sales to transition to the implementation team. The goal is to maximize conversion rates, reduce time-to-market, ensuring efficient, impactful customer solutions. The leader will focus on streamlining processes and improving team performance to consult, design and deliver seamless payment solutions globally. This role will report to VP-level within HRS’ Enterprise Solutions.
