We’re looking for a Director-level leader to help drive the strategic expansion of a specialist commissioning agency across Europe — with a clear focus on the fast-growing Pharma and Data Centre sectors.

If you understand the rhythm of high-spec, highly regulated environments and know how to build trusted partnerships with top-tier clients, this role gives you the platform to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape and execute a European growth strategy centred on Pharma and Data Centres
• Build new relationships with end clients, EPCs, contractors, and consultancies
• Identify regional hotspots and emerging project pipelines across Europe
• Lead strategic bids, market positioning, and client engagement activities
• Ensure scalable delivery models that meet the high standards of mission-critical environments
• Represent the business at senior-level industry events and client forums

• Strong commissioning leadership experience
• Proven exposure to Data Centres and/or Pharma (Labs, Cleanrooms, API facilities)
