Headlands Research is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead collaboration efforts with biotech and pharma partners across a fully remote network of clinical sites. You will drive revenue growth, align trials with site capabilities, and serve as the primary liaison between external innovators and our clinical operations teams.
Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in site operations, business development, or alliance management, with strong communication and project management skills.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships is a strategic leadership role responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact collaborations between our research network and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. You will serve as the primary bridge between external innovators and our clinical operations teams, driving revenue growth and ensuring our sites remain the "partners of choice" for cutting-edge clinical trials.

Schedule: Mondays through Fridays
Location: Fully Remote, travel required
