VetsEZ seeks a Technical Director of Quality Assurance to lead enterprise QA for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote role requires residing within the continental US.

Responsibilities include defining testing strategy, standards, metrics, and governance, and acting as the executive escalation point to drive root-cause analysis and risk mitigation across multiple products and teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and software delivery.
• 7+ years leading enterprise QA organizations and quality engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
