You develop and implement AGCO’s AI and data governance strategy, including policy frameworks, risk management protocols, and ethical guidelines, while ensuring compliance with international standards such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
You lead and coordinate governance committeeslike theResponsible AI Committee, Executive AI Oversight Council,and oversee governance across the entire AI lifecycle from intake to decommissioning
You implement TEVV frameworks, model monitoring platforms, and enterprise-wide risk classification and mitigation processes, ensuring traceability, explainability, and performance monitoring of all models
You collaborate with legal, security, architecture, and business teams to conduct high-risk assessments, enforce governance controls, and promote data quality, lineage, and classification, while safeguarding compliance with privacy and security standards
Youdrive change management, training, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of responsible AI, lead the development of a unified data and AI platform with integrated governance and security functions, and ensure all tools, pipelines, and environments meet governance standards
