Responsibilities
- Responsible for the global Product Management vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s goals and the global aftermarket brand strategies.
- Lead and manage the global Product Management team in AA and guide the Product Management team in GBTS.
- Oversee the development, implementation and improvement of systems, tools, processes and services from concept to commercialization
- Functionally lead the Automotive Aftermarket Product Management organizations through close collaboration and exchange with all Product Management leaders in the business unit.
- Foster a culture of customer centricity, data driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the digital transformation of the product management organization through data excellence, analytics solutions and adoption of artificial intelligence.
- Define and ensure adherence to global standards, processes and share best practices in the PM organization.
- Monitor product management performance through a comprehensive KPI system and ensure effective governance and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand- and trade marketing, pricing, sales, R&D, operations, purchasing, logistics and executive leadership to achieve business objectives and KPI targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the global PM team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Professional Experience:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading through influence.
- Proven track record of leading product management initiatives.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Personalitiy:
- Ability to manage complexity and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, cataloging, and new product introduction especially within Automotive Aftermarket.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
