Responsibilities
- Shape and implement unified global business standards policies and best practices fully aligned with CGMs strategy.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the SAP CX Suite transformation ensuring optimal integration, data quality and process automation.
- Design and continuously improve best-in-class processes (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, CX) to create measurable business value.
- Lead global change programs, secure stakeholder buy‑in and embed new ways of working across the organization.
- Define KPIs, manage budgets and external partners, and establish a framework for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field with a record of strong academic achievement.
- Proven international leadership background in business transformation, ideally in software technology or healthcare industries.
- Deep knowledge of process design, re‑engineering and large‑scale SAP S/4HANA/CX Suite (or comparable ERP) programs across multi‑country environments.
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing multicultural teams while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Ability to translate high‑level vision into actionable initiatives and deliver tangible results.
