Sandoz, a global leader in biosimilar and generic medicines, seeks a seasoned BD&L leader to manage alliances, drive governance, and maximize value across development and commercialization stages. You will oversee cross-functional collaboration across Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams, shaping strategy and execution in a complex global environment.
The role requires extensive experience in pharmaceutical alliances, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel
-Contribute to and support global BD&L deals by seeking, evaluating and structuring collaborative external agreements in deeply specialized functional areas while managing internal processes to finalize those deals.
Identify and implement BD&L deals. Develop portfolio gap analyses and competitive intelligence reports in close collaboration with other Country leaders and seek return-maximizing ways to fill portfolio holes through licensing agreements.

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Starting pay range: EUR 106,300 - 197,500
Variable compensation: 20% performance-based bonus,performance based long-term incentive plan.
Pay frequency: Monthly
