Exyte seeks a project and construction management professional to oversee large EPC projects in the hi-tech sector. You will manage performance across EHS, schedule, cost, and quality while interfacing with clients and corporate management.

Centered in Stuttgart, the role requires strong coordination across project disciplines, client communications, and risk mitigation. On-site leadership and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Many years experience in related industries with extensive EPC project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Broad knowledge of CSA and MEP systems; PMI certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for overall project performance (EHS, schedule, cost, quality) for large EPC projects.
• Represent corporate management to the project and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and project reporting.
• Monitor risk, ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Stay on site and participate in client management reporting meetings.
• Define project strategies to meet goals and motivate team members.

Our Team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the hi-tech industry, within a highly dedicated team of Professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry
• Representative of the corporate management to the project
• Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management
• Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client
• Accountable for the project performance on EHS, schedule, cost and quality, as well as the project manager's performance
• Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures
• Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting
• Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
• Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)
• Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally
• Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team

Show your expertise

• Master Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Many years experience in related industries (Semiconductors, Bateries or Electonics), > extensive experience inEPC project management experience
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
• Detailed knowledge project execution and coordination
• Good communication and motivation skills
• Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
• PMI certification advantage
