  • Lead, steer and drive the business development strategy for the global Training category with a focus on the Puma x Hyrox partnership.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day effective management of the business strategy across product, marketing, go-to-market, regional execution. Understand global to local strategy.
  • Oversee the strategy of product, marketing and GTM for Puma x Hyrox, working with cross-functional teams to create a holistic seasonal point of view.
  • Focus on 3 key regions for Puma x Hyrox - USA, Europe China for regional plans, retail partnerships and event excellence.
  • In coordination with controlling and finance team ensure financial compliance, fulfilment of contractual obligations and financial data management and analyses
  • Be the main contact to Hyrox team.
  • Together with the Hyrox team, develop and steer the B2B strategy to maximize the potential
  • Be the go-to-person and mentor for P&L and ROI planning and analyses
  • Check royalty report accuracy and take necessary action ifdiscrepancies and/or faults occur
  • Ensure strong connection of the Puma x Hyrox strategy with the Running & Training category strategy to enhance PUMA’s point of view in the global marketplace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 8-10 years international experience in the field of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising with top tier international sports company, with 3+ years leadership experience required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Credible knowledge of the sportswear/training/running industry
  • General knowledge of international retail environment and interest for new trends and technologies
  • Strong leadership skills. High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident.
  • Strong analytical, overall business orientation
  • Ability to convincingly present
  • Domestic and international travel required.
