Overview

We are the European leader in Human Risk Management. We are accelerating international growth and transforming our Marketing organization to scale efficiently. This is a high-impact leadership role for a creative visionary and pragmatic operator who will define and scale our powerful, mission-driven brand onto the global stage. We are open to hiring candidates remotely from Ireland or the UK. Candidates can also work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from any of our office locations in Germany, or remotely from Spain, with a hybrid option available from our Madrid office.

Responsibilities
  • Global Brand Strategy & Architecture: Elevate the narrative, lead the evolution of global brand positioning, ensure a clear, compelling value proposition across international markets, define next-generation visual and verbal identity guidelines, maintain high-quality, on-brand output with regional nuance, and develop a brand governance model to support scale and consistency.
  • Content Strategy & Production Leadership: Define and execute a global content strategy that establishes SoSafe as the leading voice; translate complex insights into actionable content that drives organic traffic, lead generation, and sales enablement; ensure content maps to the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • International Communications & Public Voice: Develop integrated communications plans across Europe; oversee PR, media relations, and executive communications; prepare executives for public appearances and media engagements; own and elevate the Human Firewall Conference as a flagship, globally recognized event.
  • Team Leadership & Business Impact: Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team; collaborate with People & Culture, GTM, and Product Marketing to embed the brand into product launches, talent attraction, sales enablement, and customer experience; define and report brand performance metrics and connect them to business outcomes.
  • What Success Looks Like: Lead the evolution of the brand resulting in increased awareness and share of voice, deploy a unified identity driving recognition, deliver measurable uplift in brand-driven traffic and lead quality, and empower a high-performing creative team.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, and communications; proven success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading large-scale content production with freelancers, agencies, and creators.
  • Strategic storyteller with ability to translate complex B2B concepts into clear, emotionally resonant narratives and campaigns.
  • Tech & B2B SaaS scale-up experience; proven brand strategy leadership across multiple international regions.
  • Pragmatic and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a commitment to high production quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Data literacy; use data to optimize brand campaigns and link creative spend to business growth.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leader who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
