Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a senior leader to head a team of accident reconstruction experts. You will mentor engineers, oversee project execution, ensure on-time delivery, and manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting field investigations, analyzing vehicle damage, performing 3D scans and crash simulations, developing reconstruction models, and delivering clear reports with conclusions to insurers, attorneys, and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of experience in biomechanics, accident reconstruction or related work.
• PE License, ACTAR Certification, and/or SAE Certification.
• Advanced expertise in collision dynamics, including speeds, forces, and trajectories.
• Strong background in automotive engineering and control systems.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, attorneys, and/or adjusters.
• Experience performing computer simulations.
• Proficiency in CAD.
• Prior deposition and courtroom testimony experience.
• Willingness to travel to remote site locations.

• Coordinate with clients to set up site visits and complete deliverables on projects.
• Create reports detailing the accident reconstruction process, findings, and conclusions.
• Provide reports to clients to assist with determining contributory factors of an accident.
• Review reports and deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
• Research papers and journals related to vehicular accident reconstruction to advance scientific reconstruction techniques.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong background in automotive engineering and control systems
• Extensive experience working with insurance carriers, attorneys, and/or adjusters
• Experience performing computer simulations
• Highly proficient in CAD
• Prior deposition and courtroom testimony experience
• Willingness to travel to remote site locations as needed
