The role emphasizes building strong relationships with repair partners and internal teams, ensuring GEICO policies are followed and supporting the ARX network in Colorado.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with performance management, operational reviews, or vendor management is a plus.
• Only candidates located in the Colorado area will be considered.
