Job summary

Albertina Kerr in Germany seeks compassionate caregivers to support adults with disabilities in group homes. You will assist with daily living activities and provide skill-building guidance to help residents thrive in their communities.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, transportation, and documenting health observations. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required. This role offers paid training, holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent social skills.
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds.
• Basic cooking skills; willingness to learn new recipes.
• Basic cleaning skills.
• Willing to be flexible and learn new skills.
• Preference for weekend availability.
• Driver's license with no more than two infractions in two years.

• Monitor and track vital signs, weight, sleep, mood.

• Learn and follow Behavior Support Plans for people we support.
