Zusammenfassung

Advancing Opportunities, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care in a residential setting. This Full-Time role runs Thursday through Monday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with paid training provided and DailyPay available.

No experience required; you will join a mission-driven team that supports independence and personal growth for individuals with disabilities, with opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not currently certified.
• Ability to pass: State and Federal criminal background checks, Drug screening, Pre-employment physical and PPD.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
