Responsibilities
- Implementation of complex international transformation initiatives and projects, including the orchestration of scope, time, quality and budget.
- Collaboration with international teams, particularly for the successful planning and execution of cross-cutting projects and initiatives.
- Support for organizational change and responsibility for the smooth execution and sustainable embedding of transformation programs.
- Orchestration of global interfaces and stakeholders and coordination of various affected projects, as well as within the agile delivery model according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Identifying, addressing, and resolving resistance to change through coaching and feedback, as well as ensuring goal achievement through regular monitoring of KPIs.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience leading an IT department as well as IT project teams, particularly in digital and IT-supported transformation projects.
- Strong skills in strategic and conceptual work, as well as a proven track record of successfully implementing corresponding operational measures.
- Confident navigation of topics related to IT architecture, cloud technologies, and system environments.
- Outstanding understanding of different organizational cultures, along with well-developed communication and presentation skills.
- Confident demeanor, high assertiveness, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate appropriately to the target audience, from program staff to executive management.
- Very good German language skills (C2) and business-fluent English skills (C1), spoken and written communication.
