Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Management von IT-Betrieb in komplexen oder multinationalen Umgebungen.
• Starke Kenntnisse in IT-Finanzmanagement, CAPEX/OPEX-Management und Kostenoptimierung.
• Erfolgreiche Leitung großer, länderübergreifender IT-Projektportfolios mit messbaren Ergebnissen.
• Visionärer, strategischer Denker mit der Fähigkeit, strategische Pläne in umsetzbare Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.

Aufgaben

• Leitung der IT-Operationen in DACH, einschließlich Endbenutzersupport, Infrastruktur und Arbeitsplatztechnologie.
• Definition und Umsetzung der regionalen IT-Strategie und mehrjährigen Roadmap.
• Management des Infrastruktur- und Technologieprojektportfolios in Abstimmung mit europäischen/globalen Initiativen.
• Steuerung von Transformationen, die Visionen in umsetzbare Änderungen innerhalb der Organisation verwandeln.
• Überwachung des gesamten P&L für IT-Operationen, einschließlich Budgetplanung und finanzieller Leistung.
