Digital Training Expert (x|f|m) - Onsite

We are looking for a Digital Training Expert (x|f|m) for the Training BPS department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training courses/program and providing an efficient and effective support service to the local Learning and Development / Training team. You will oversee the administration of a dedicated training portfolio including event management, participant communication, material production and billing. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging learning resources and content, collaborating with SMEs to ensure clarity and attractiveness.
  • Assist SMEs in identifying and co-creating relevant content, managing the content life cycle, and eliminating repetitions.
  • Advise and support learning initiatives with expertise in training settings and formats.
  • Review, maintain, and archive content across various formats.
  • Support the development and review of resources, formats, and channels.
  • Implement a template-based approach and train-the-trainer lessons.
  • Manage internal and external platforms like SharePoints and websites.
  • Engage with internal teams through networking and marketing activities.
  • Provide support during events and manage employee data.
  • Research new learning methods and trends, and produce digital learning content.

  • Education background or proven experience in content design for office and presentation tools, e-learning authoring, and learning management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker, team player, and storyteller who simplifies complex information.
  • Basic understanding of learning theory and adult learning techniques.
  • Passionate about new technologies and tools for learning in dynamic markets.
  • Background in life sciences/biopharma and understanding of customer application processes is a plus.
  • Skilled in databases, spreadsheets, and software packages.
  • Ability to prioritize workload accurately without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and approachable, confident in interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
