Job summary

Hubdrive in Würzburg sucht Marketingexperten mit Kreativität und Gestaltungsgstärke. Du setzt Ideen aus Briefings eigenverantwortlich um und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen.

Du übersetzt komplexe Themen in verständliche Infografiken, gestaltest Webseiten, Landing Pages und Newsletter, optimierst Conversion Rates und betreibst Video-Produktionen. Es gibt Freiraum für Weiterbildung und ein attraktives Vergütungspaket inklusive leistungsabhängiger Beteiligung.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in Agenturen.
• Ausbildung zum Mediengestalter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in verständliche Designs zu übersetzen.

Responsibilities

• Kampagnenideen aus Briefings eigenverantwortlich umsetzen.
• Websites, Landing Pages und Newsletter gestalten und warten.
• Infografiken erstellen, Texte übersetzen bzw. vereinfachen.
• Conversion-Rate regelmäßig prüfen und Optimierung antreiben.
• Video-Studio für Webinare unterstützen und nutzen.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in agencies.
• You are a trained media designer or have completed a comparable qualification.
• Turning complex topics into easy-to-understand designs is one of your strengths.
• You have a strong sense for design and typography, along with high standards for aesthetics, quality and precision.
• Your German and English should be on point.
