Zusammenfassung

LAPP GmbH mit Sitz in Stuttgart sucht eine/n Marketing- und E-Commerce-Experten zur Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Newsletter-Aktivitäten sowie zur Mitarbeit an Marketing-Automation mit globalen Stakeholdern.

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, bringen Erfahrung in E-Marketing/E-Commerce mit und beherrschen Deutsch sowie Englisch sicher. Teamorientiertes, eigenständiges Arbeiten und SAP S/4HANA-Kenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

• Gute Deutsch–/Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Newsletters und E-Mail-Marketing.
• Planung und Implementierung von Marketing-Automation mit globalen Stakeholdern.
• Bearbeitung und Organisation des operativen Supports.
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
• Analyse, Umsetzung und Monitoring von E-Procurement-Lösungen und E-Commerce-Projekten.

Your tasks

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of newsletters and email marketing activities
• Planning and implementing marketing automation processes in collaboration with global stakeholders
• Assisting in and continuously optimizing the organization of operational and system support
• Processing and coordinating internal and external customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analyzing, implementing, marketing, and monitoring the success of e-procurement solutions
• Developing and implementing e-commerce projects in selected European subsidiaries
• Analyzing and defining requirements, creating concepts, and actively contributing to solution proposals
• Monitoring relevant KPIs of the EMEA subsidiaries, preparing reports, and deriving actionable recommendations
• Continuously optimizing and strategically developing digital systems and service offerings

Your profile

• Commercial vocational training with practical knowledge in the relevant field or a successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Professional experience in e-marketing and e-commerce, with an affinity for shop systems
• Experience in campaign management is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Team player with a confident, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• High level of reliability and commitment
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP S/4HANA
