You will onboard and engage high‑potential companies, the unicorns of tomorrow, while building strong client relationships driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor onboarding new clients and creating high‑performing PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
  • Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long‑term performance.
  • Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
  • Maintain an accurate up‑to‑date client database.
  • Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.
Requirements
  • Education : BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
  • Languages : Native or C2‑level German, fluent English.
  • Experience : 2 years in sales and / or marketing with strong client‑facing experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
