Digital IT Project Manager (Web & Mobile Applications)

Berlin, Germany – End-to-end delivery of digital projects (web/mobile apps). Manage scope, timeline, budget and translate business requirements into clear project plans, user stories, milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams (UX/UI, development, QA, DevOps) through product lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews). Apply Scrum best practices, hybrid models allowed.
• Stakeholder management – primary liaison between business, IT, development; drive decision‑making and provide status reports.
• Risk, quality & communication – proactively identify and mitigate risks/issues, maintain high transparency.
• External provider coordination – align deliverables, quality standards, maintain documentation in Confluence.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years digital or IT project management experience.
• Hands‑on managing web or mobile applications, product backlog, sprint boards.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Agile/Scrum frameworks; metrics‑driven tracking (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with third‑party vendors or integrators.

Preferred

• Background in software development or technical project management.
• Cloud‑native or API‑driven project experience.
• UI/UX and mobile usability knowledge.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
