Zusammenfassung

WongDoody GmbH in Berlin is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead digital and AI development initiatives across Germany. The role combines project delivery, resource management, and client collaboration in a flexible remote-enabled setting with travel as needed.

You will oversee practical AI projects from concept to deployment, manage requirements, and ensure delivery on time and budget while supporting the dev team and clients with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of digital applications in an agency or service sector.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Experience with PM tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce

Aufgaben

• Management and controlling of our development projects and resources.
• Management of practical AI projects from idea to implementation.
• Analysis of professional needs (requirement engineering).
• Derivation, definition and prioritization of work packages and tasks.
• Creation of service descriptions and expense estimates.
• Ensuring quality whilst complying with timing and budget.
• Professional support to the dev team, the agency and the customer.
• Enthusiastic, independent and responsible teamwork.

What we'd love to see

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of digital applications in an agency or service sector
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and, on occasion, to other Infosys locations globally.
• Excellent knowledge of digital and software development projects
• Experience in lean and automated redesign and scaling of digital processes
• Familiarity with established PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, etc.)
• Keen interest in projects with a technical focus point
• A strong feel for digital trends and UX
• Experience with CGI & real-time workflows or applications can be an advantage
• You have a self-reliant way of working and a positive and solution-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality
• Flexibility to travel within Germany and internationally to collaborate with clients and global delivery teams when required.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2+) are essential.
• Work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany
