WongDoody GmbH in Germany (Berlin, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf) is seeking a design-focused creative professional to join our interdisciplinary teams. You’ll craft digital-native campaigns, visuals, and creative concepts for renowned brands, spanning experience design, social media, and performance-driven work.

With a portfolio rooted in digital, you’ll collaborate with account management, UX, and clients, bring ideas to life across formats, and apply a digital-first mindset and exposure to AI-enabled

Qualifikationen

• Degree in graphics or design or an equivalent education.
• 3 years of work experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record of art direction roles.
• Portfolio rooted in digital-native campaigns, visuals or content.
• Strong target-group oriented design for social media and advertising.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Digital-first mindset across formats and platforms.
• Curiosity for AI integration into workflow.

Aufgaben

• Develop visual concepts, image worlds, and creative territories for feeds, platforms and digital formats.
• Brainstorm and refine innovative designs and image concepts for screens.
• Work independently in interdisciplinary project teams with account management, UX, and clients.

• 3 years of work experience in an agency or similar work environment
• A cleartrack recordof growing through art direction roles
• A portfolio rooted in digital-native work: campaigns, visuals, or content built for digital and social from the first sketch, not adapted after the fact
• A particularly good feel for target group-oriented design, forcreativecampaigns, socialmediacontentand innovativeadvertising
• Excellentknowledge in Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Passion for your profession combined with a high design and quality standard andconceptualskills
• A digital-first mindset: you think in formats and platforms before print or classic media, with a sharp eye for what’s next in digital culture
• Real curiosity for AI: comfortable weaving it naturally into your workflow, and excited to use it for bold, unexpected creative ideas — not just faster production
