Zusammenfassung

ELANTAS North America, LLC is seeking a Senior AI‑Driven Procurement Transformation Lead in Germany. You will shape and execute the transformation roadmap, leveraging digital technologies, data and GenAI to boost performance and value creation across source-to-contract, supplier management and procure-to-pay.

You will build KPI dashboards, scale AI use cases, and drive adoption of Copilot and advanced analytics while partnering with IT, Data & Analytics and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical or business informatics field.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI, analytics, procurement or process improvement.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, data analytics and emerging technologies.

• Develop and execute ALTANA's procurement transformation roadmap using digital technologies, data and AI to improve performance and value creation.
• Implement transformation initiatives across source-to-contract, supplier management and procure-to-pay; increase productivity via automation, workflow optimization and GenAI.
• Scale AI use cases in spend analytics, market intelligence and procurement decision‑making.
• Harmonize procurement processes, methods, tools and digital platforms; act as Product Owner for key solutions.
• Build KPI frameworks, dashboards and analytics to improve transparency and decision‑making.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI and advanced analytics in procurement.
• Lead cross‑functional programs with IT, Data & Analytics and business stakeholders.
• Develop digital and AI capabilities through training, change management and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance, governance, data security and responsible AI practices.
• Identify and scale innovative procurement solutions with measurable business impact.

Your profile

• University degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, SCM or related field
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI, analytics, procurement or process improvement
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, data analytics and emerging technologies
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL or automation/analytics tools; familiarity with AI platforms and machine learning concepts is advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, SAP, Azure AI, OpenAI or similar solutions is beneficial
• Ability to translate business challenges into digital and AI‑enabled solutions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, project and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, innovation focus, and excellent communication/presentation skills
• Procurement or supply‑chain knowledge is beneficial
• Fluent German and English
