freshcells systems engineering GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to implement best practices for automation, scalability, and reliability on high-traffic web applications hosted with Kubernetes. You will support customers with infrastructure updates across Kubernetes upgrades and software supply chain changes.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Expertise with helm, including writing and maintaining custom Helm charts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or similar).
• Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GitOps and continuous delivery tools such as Flux CD.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools (ideally Terraform).
• Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting and/or Python.
• Experience with observability, understanding how to set up and use logging, metrics, tracing, alerting.
• Experience with creating machine learning pipelines or willingness to learn it on the job.
• Fluency in English.
