Job summary

You will lead a device team, apply project management excellence, coordinate with external suppliers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through development and lifecycle management. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enable timely submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of internal quality procedures in the pharma industry.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on combination product development.
• Highly self-organized, solution-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a device team for the development of combination products from start to market.
• Apply project management excellence to ensure development on time and within budget.
• Plan and execute drug-delivery technology development projects with external suppliers.
• Provide technical and project related presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations for drug delivery devices/ combination products.
• Contribute to the improvement of drug delivery development and lifecycle management processes.
• Integrate combination product development into the overall project strategy for submissions and approvals.

• In your new role, you will lead a device team for the development of combination products holistically from start to market.
• You will apply project management excellence to ensure efficient development in time and budget.
• Moreover, you will plan and execute drug-delivery technology development projects in cooperation with external suppliers.
• You will provide technical and project related presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
