Position Overview

As a Development Chemist – R&D Silicones, you will develop and optimize silicone-based sealants and adhesives for a wide range of industrial applications, including construction, automotive, insulating glass, transportation, and renewable energy markets. You will be responsible for formulation development, laboratory testing, and supporting the successful scale-up of new products from laboratory to commercial production. Working in a cross-functional and international environment, you will play a key role in driving innovation, supporting customers, and delivering high-performance solutions that meet market and business needs.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
