fonio is seeking a design-focused ad designer to translate concepts into stop-scroll visuals for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. You’ll live in Figma, create many variants quickly, and measure success by performance, not aesthetics alone.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director to turn angles into visuals, iterate with A/B tests, and thrive in a fast startup environment. German native level plus strong English are required.

Your role

You translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You live in Figma, produce many variants fast, and measure yourself on performance, not aesthetics alone. You work closely with the Creative Strategist (who delivers the angles) and the Creative Director (who signs off).
